Welcome to the Department of Revenue's Workforce Transition Center
All state agencies are required to have a Workforce Transition Plan approved by the Department of Management Services. The goal of the Workforce Transition Plan is to ensure that an agency makes reasonable efforts to provide a smooth transition for employees adversely affected by a workforce reduction. The Office of Workforce Management has updated the required plan and prepared resources to support the agency in the event that a workforce reduction of filled positions becomes a reality in the coming years.
This website includes information that can be helpful to anyone leaving the agency for other reasons: retirement, a change in residence to another area, or a new job outside of Revenue.
